Tick Hop 2

A precision platformer by a solo dev

I lost count of how many times I died. But I remember the first time I cleared three levels in a row. No luck involved — I'd just finally figured out the rhythm. That felt good in a way that's hard to explain.

Tick Hop 2 isn't a game that asks you to enjoy the journey. It asks you to enjoy the moment you finally get it right. If you can buy into that, it'll give you a lot of those moments.

Every death made sense. The game wasn't cheating me — my timing was just off. You don't get that from every platformer.

The wall-grab mechanic felt awkward at first. It clicks eventually, but I'd love to see it smoothed out.

Oh — this was made by one person. The demo is free. If you're into platformers that demand your full attention, go try it. It won't take much of your time. Unless it does.
